The New York District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to solicit a fixed price contract for barge repairs, which will be restricted to shipyards within 150 nautical mile radius from Caven Point Marine Terminal, Jersey City, New Jersey. The vessel is not capable of leaving the NY Harbor vicinity and needs to be limited in distance it can travel.The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, fittings, equipment, tools, power, heat, water, etc., and performing all work on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Drift Collection Barge specified herein.
