A Pre-proposal conference is planned for the procurement of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Main Currency Production Facility to be located at Beltsville, Maryland. Attendance Options: WebEx Platform(Invites will be sent upon confirmation of invitation request) Date and Location:Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (Eastern Time) Event Summary:A Pre-proposal conference is planned for the procurement of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Main Currency Production Facility to be located at Beltsville, Maryland. The Government is planning to provide a high overview of the proposed construction project as well a planned schedule. This event will include feature key stakeholders, acquisition leadership and a presentation by the USACE Project Manament Team. A pre-qualification notice is intented to be issued by this pre-proposal conference. Those offerors who are pre-qualified will be afforded the opportunity to attend a pre-proposal conference with a combined site visit by invite only.
