Marshall Center (GCMC), Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, intends to solicit and make a sole source award for “Bibliovation” Library Services Platform. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services).Description of Support, Hosting, and Maintenance provided by PTFS Bibliovation: Application support –Bibliovation module support (including the digital content management module) for the most current production version and one version back;Two accounts in the Support Center Portal;User listserv account membership;Access to the LibLime Reports Library.System IT hosting –Multi-hourly logical data backups;Nightly full system backups;FedRAMP security certification for infrastructure, platform, & software in the hosting facility;Secure firewalled accreditation boundary;Daily US Cyber Security Agencies updates;All hardware sustainment.Software maintenance –Annual production software upgrades;Point release bug fixes; user manual(s) updates;Cumulative upgrade release notes.Period of Performance: (1) Twelve Month Base Year plus (4) Twelve Month Option Years.Place of Performance: George C.
