Scope of Work: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply and implementation of a Council Agenda Management System (the “Solution”), as further described in the RFP. The Solution being sought will be a Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)

meeting agenda management software, which can operate under a Software as a Service (SaaS) license model subscription, designed to meet the needs of a Canadian municipality. The successful Solution will provide a user-friendly interface and a multi-media-enabled digital platform to facilitate council and committee meetings.It is anticipated that the successful proponent will commence work in September 2023 and have substantial completion by December 2023.
