rel="no-follow" href="mailto:stormey@newportbeachca.gov">stormey@newportbeachca.gov Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Newport Beach ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing the City with a five (5) year Information Technology Strategic Plan to guide the City in planning, procuring, implementing, and managing current and future IT investments and resources. This plan should be a "living" document that becomes the basis for regular review and adjustment of the 5-year future with respect to governance, infrastructure, equipment, software, cybersecurity, staffing, and the effective use of technology to support the work of the City. The project's primary goal is to construct and convey a clear vision and roadmap for leveraging technology effectively to enhance the City's operations. The objective of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over the course of a proposed one (1) year contract term. Final contract terms, including compensation and length of the agreement are subject to final City and/or City Council approval.
