NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease under ADA-32187 as follows:
LESSEE: Alaska Railroad Corporation
PREMISES: Block 2, Lots 7C and 8A, consisting of approximately 27,432 square feet.
LEASE TERM: Fifty-five (55) years.
LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.96 per square foot per year.
PROPOSED
AUTHORIZED USES: Railroad passenger service, operations, elevated tracks and appurtenant easements, and sublease of the depot to a potential hotel developer for a future hotel lobby, concessions, and storage area.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W.
