Notice of Proposed Sole Source Contract Action for Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal Services in Ogden-Salt Lake City-Provo, Utah

The proposed contract action is for grounds maintenance and snow removal services at six federal buildings in Utah, i.e., Ogden (James V. Hansen Federal Building, Forest Service Building) --Salt Lake City (Wallace F. Bennett Federal Building, Frank E. Moss U.S. Courthouse, and the Orrin Hatch U.S. Courthouse) – Provo (J. Will Robinson Federal Building), for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This action is authorized under 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b).
All responsible sources that are interested in this requirement may submit to Dylan White at dylan.white@gsa.gov a response (capability statement and proposal), which shall be considered by the Government.  However, the Government will not consider any such response it receives after June 2, 2022, 00:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT), which is the deadline for its receipt of such responses.
