Painting Services Standing Offer Agreement, Borden, Ontario Project Description : DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – OB000156_80630 – Painting Services Standing Offer Agreement, CFB Borden. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” painting services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with one (1) additional one (1) year option period, with a maximum estimated value of $400,000.00 ($200,000 per year). Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued at an average of $6,000.00; the maximum value of a commission / call-up is $ 25,000.00. The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
