Instructional Design Project Description :The purpose of this RFQ is for E-Comm to pre-qualify up to 3 individuals and/or firms that provide instructional design and associated training development services, with the intent being to immediately engage the highest-ranked pre-qualified service provider to develop new training curriculum for our Direct-to-Dispatch and Non-Emergency Call-Taking operations.
