Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Technology Research and Advisory Services

This notice is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The contracting office responsible for this notice is the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Contracting Directorate (PK), Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, 20762.The AFDW/PK intends to award a sole source award to Gartner, Inc., 56 Top Gallant Rd Stamford CT 06902 for continuation of software subscription services for the United States Space Force (USSF) Technology Research and Advisory Services. These services includes the digital transformation of Information Technology (IT) Systems to establish a collaborative work environment and implement a data analytics strategy for Deputy Chief of Space Force Operations for Personnel (USSF S1) using the authority of AFFARS 5308.405-6. The Government has deemed Gartner, Inc. to be a responsible contractor.All responsible sources may submit a capability statement by 1:00 PM EST on 01 June 2021. This notice of

intent is not a request for competitive quotations. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of capability statements.Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no sufficient response is received, the requirement will be awarded without further notice. A sufficient response includes documentation that indicates the vendor’s experience and ability to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.Submit capability statements for consideration to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Destiny Wood, at destiny.wood.1@us.af.mil and to the Contracting Officer, Capt.
