Cheoah-Tusquitee RD Road Maintenance Project

This project consists of a variety of road maintenance tasks which will be itemized, described, quantified and or specified on individual task orders. Attachment J3 contains a road maintenance activities schedule of specific maintenance tasks that ordered by each task order. Other maintenance work items not listed may be ordered if mutually agreed by the Contracting Officer and Contractor.Applicable Department of Labor Wage Rates for service work items are found in Attachment J11. Task Order quantity adjustments may be mutually agreed upon without further competition depending on task order pricing and funding availability. All modifications will be finalized on a SF30.
