PUBLIC NOTICE LAS 32106 Jaret Mcdonald Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following: APPLICANT: Jaret Mcdonald PROJECT NAME: LAS 32106 GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: The proposed activity is located in Southcentral Alaska and is approximately twelve miles southeast of Homer, located in Tutka Bay. The proposed location is approximately 3700ft southwest of Aleutika Island. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NE 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 22, Township 8 South, Range 13 West, Seward Meridian REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant is requesting the issuance of a land use permit for the commercial use of an existing general use 25ft gangway connected to a 140ft by 10ft dock with ten steel pilings. The proposed activities for the dock include docking a charter boat to transport clients to upland property for eco-tourism business.
