The plan reviewer shall issue a formal written document, detailing all code deficient items for each set of plans reviewed and submit plan review comments to Nassau County. Nassau County will forward to the contractor of record for correction. Upon plan approval, the Plan Reviewer shall approve and stamp plans “Reviewed for Code Compliance” and submit to Nassau County.
