This is a pre-solicitation notice. The solicitation is anticipated to be released to SAM.gov approximately 14 days after the pre-solicitation notice is published.The contractor shall provide and install the required replacement components for the main Direct Digital Control (DDC) Building Management System in Building 2 at the Alpena CRTC; Alpena, MI 49707. This system monitors the entire Alpena CRTC campus HVAC Systems. Replace with a modernized Direct Digital Control (DDC) Building Management System complete with Remote Notification, Alarm Management and Advance Reporting. The manufacturer ceased software updates and troubleshooting/repair support due to outdated technology. This shall include purchasing, delivery and installation of the materials for the Alpena CRTC. Contractor is responsible for all remaining work effort in order to provide an acceptable final product that meets the requirements of this DOP.
