Property and Casualty Insurance Coverage

The Clarke County Purchasing Office, on behalf of the Clarke County Government, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors that are qualified and capable of providing property and casualty insurance coverage for the Clarke County Fire and Rescue Department.
Sealed proposals should be clearly marked, "RFP 20-1106 Property & Casualty Insurance.”   Proposals must be received in the Clarke County Purchasing Office before 3:00 P.M. (local prevailing time), Friday, November 6, 2020, at which time they will be publicly recorded.  Proposals can also be received electronically by using eVA, the Commonwealth of Virginia’s e-procurement portal.   Note that vendors must be registered with eVA in order to submit their proposal electronically.   Proposals posted electronically on eVA must also be done before 3:00 P.M. (local prevailing time), Friday, November 6, 2020.Proposals received after this time will not be opened.
