Solicitation Name : Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management Solution Solicitation ID : SRC0000002841 Summary : The Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Investment and Governance Division (IGD) is seeking Proposals for an integrated Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) Solution. The intent of the integration is for a single Contractor-provided cloud-based Solution that meets the requirements for both portfolio and project management with either a single product or a suite of products designed to work together seamlessly. The new Solution will build upon the existing mature processes and practices in the strategic portfolio, program, and project management areas and combine them into one platform via a single Product, or a suite of Products. The State is not seeking multiple products which were not originally designed to work together that the Contractor has customized to combine. The new Solution will replace the current

portfolio planning and prioritization (Decision Lens) and the Program and Project Management (PPM) (Adobe Workfront) tools. These two tools are used by the Strategic Investment and Architecture (SIA) and the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) teams. The scope includes conversion and migration of the data in both products to the new platform, user training, and updating existing documentation.
