All work performed by the Contractor shall be professional, current with the times utilizing state-of-art methods and equipment considered to be acceptable under existing janitorial care standards. Other Details Contractor shall provide a detailed Scope of Services demonstrating the Contractor’s understanding of the City of Laguna Niguel's needs and requirements.
