External Financial Auditing Services RFP Project Description :The County of Minburn No. 27 is seeking innovative proposals for their External Financial Auditing Services. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED: The Work generally includes but is not limited to annual and interim financial auditing services: o Interim Audit of Financial Practices/Testing (currently conducted in December) o Comprehensive Annual Audit to December 31st including the internally compiled annual Financial Statements and the Financial Information Return (currently conducted in late-February) o Submission of annual Financial Statements and Financial Information Return to the Province of Alberta o Annual presentation of the Audit Plan and the Audited Financial Statements to County Council o Audit of Local Authorities Pension Plan (LAPP) Please see documentation for more
