(1) Services shall be expected to be provided from approx. June 14, through August 16 for the first year. Thereafter, PHA will provide a schedule for each Summer program. (2) Meals shall normally be served five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday with the exception of the July 4th Holiday. (3) Delivery shall be made in the following manner: Breakfast – shall be delivered at least one hour prior to each site’s serving time. In addition, with the exception of Monday and Friday, breakfast shall be delivered the day before serving (i.e. deliver on Monday the breakfast for Tuesday; Wednesday’s breakfast shall be delivered with

lunch on Tuesday, Thursday’s breakfast shall be delivered with lunch on Wednesday, Friday’s breakfast on Thursday etc.) Lunch - shall be delivered at least one hour prior to each site’s serving time. As listed in Breakfast above, proposer is requested to deliver breakfast for the next day with the lunches.
