Jeff Cruz Email jeffrey.cruz5@ladwp.com Phone No:213-367-1838 Project Description:The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) employs an electronic Request Solicit Procure (eRSP) online purchasing system for both the posting of Invitation for Bids (IFBs) and receiving Bid documents electronically. Currently, the eRSP system is not available. Therefore, all documents and instructions for bidders related to this procurement will be issued and posted on www.rampla.org. Please note the IFB documents will not be updated to reflect the changes below regarding the eRSP system. All questions and inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be sent via electronic mail to the Buyer, Jeff Cruz, at SCS1Purchasing@ladwp.com. The e-mail subject line must include the IFB number and name of the Buyer as

follows: “137930 – Jeff Cruz”. All questions are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on SEPTEMBER 30, 2022. Responses to questions and inquiries will be posted on www.rampla.org. Bid responses will only be accepted electronically by the bid closing due date and time via the Ivalua web portal found at https://suppliers-ladwp.ivalua.app. Vendors already registered on LADWP’s Ivalua electronic bid submittal portal can log into their account and navigate directly to the bid/solicitation. Vendors that are not currently registered will need to complete the free registration. Registration instructions and a Vendor User Guide that includes instruction on how to submit an electronic bid can be found on the Ivalua website. Late bids and bids submitted via electronic mail (email), facsimile, or hardcopy will not be accepted. The names of vendors that submit a bid response will be available through the Ivalua portal once the bid closing date and time have been reached. Additionally, LADWP will post a Preliminary Bid Recap followed by a Final Bid Recap at https://www.rampla.org for public information. Thank you.
