For cost estimate over $100,000 – a fee of $65 is required. An additional $25.00 fee is required for mailing of bid documents Via United States Postal Service. Shipping via Fedex is not available, UPS or USPS only. All fees are non-refundable and must be received by the Division before documents will be released.
