Description: The City of Tucker, Georgia requests that interested parties submit proposals for the Cofer Park: Pool Plastering and Improvements Project. The project should be completed per the following scope of work: • Removal of approximately 5 layers of paint and one layer of plaster • Resurfacing of pool with white plaster in smooth application in compliance with Chapter 511-3-5-.04 (d) Material Surfaces of the Georgia Department of Public Health Rules and Regulations: Public Swimming Pools, Spas and Recreational Water Parks • Removal of water line tile and installation of new 6 x6 standard tiles (color and style to be chosen by City of Tucker)
