General Program Requirements include transition, program management, operations management of Building V-47, reporting, and safety compliance oversight. Waterfront Operations includes the operation of small watercraft, industrial maintenance and repair, and Research and Development, Test and Evaluation project support for NSWCCD and organizations associated with NSWCCD. Small watercraft assigned to NSWCCD Detachment Norfolk include boats, watercraft, and vessels ranging in length from 1 foot to 230 feet. All boats within the Navy stock system could potentially require work and require Contracting Officer Representative or Procuring Contracting Officer approval.
