The Design Engineer consultants are sought to prepare MEPF Engineering Design documentation (Schematic Design, Design Development and Contract Documentation and continue

to Project Close- Out). The Design Engineer will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of documentation for the MEPF Consultancy Services. The MEPF Engineering Design consultant is required to be familiar with the Cayman Islands construction practices, Building Code and statutory requirements. The MEPF Engineering Design consultant will be expected to play the standard role of coordinating with the PWD’s appointed Architect and Design team, in the MEPF Design engineering of common local construction types of MEPF solutions using standard local materials and methods. The proposed works comprises the construction of approximately 3,078, 11,000 and 2, 426 square feet of building space external works and a Mechanic Service building respectively.
