Low Earth Orbit Constellation-based Internet Service

The 700th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract to Space Exploration Technologies Corp. which supports the 435 SFS Ground Combat Readiness Training Center in the procurement of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) constellation-based broadband internet service and equipment.435 SFS will procure the following products and the LEO constellation-based broadband internet service:Four (4) Starlink Standard Kit (Starlink, Power Supply Cable, Wi-Fi Router, Lawn Mount)The proposed procurement is for the product and service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1).
