ELECTRONIC RECORDING TO DOCUMENT TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES

Opportunity Summary
The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Justice, ("DOJ"), at the direction of the Oregon State Legislature, requests Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide statewide electronic recording to document transcription services for Oregon's 36 District Attorney Offices. All recording to document transcription services provided under this RFP and resulting contract will be related to confidential Grand Jury hearings.

DOJ intends to enter into a Contract with one (or more) Proposers to transcribe hearing audio recordings at the request of the DAs. Proposers awarded a contract this RFP will provide audio-to-document transcription services statewide for all 36 Oregon DA Offices. There is no guarantee that any specific level of work or overall dollar amounts will be offered during the term of the Contract, or that any additional contracts will be awarded under the Permissive Cooperative Procurement
