Scope of Work The Marion County Board of County Commissioners is currently seeking a minimum of two (2) qualified and responsive contractors to provide scheduled and emergency repairs, modifications, maintenance

and expansions to the landfill gas collections and control system (LFGCCS) at the Baseline Landfill to support the continuous delivery of gas to the landfill gas-to-energy plant while maintaining compliance with permit requirements. The function of the contractor will be turn-key, including sampling and permitting as necessary. The Contractor will work with the department to review project sites and product specifications. Once firms are contracted, each task order will be presented to only those pre-qualified firms, who will be expected to submit competitive proposals for the award of the task order.
