Executive Search Information Exchange (ESIX)

Notice_of_lntent_to_Award_Sole_Source- Executive Research Information Exchange (ESIX)  The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for the Executive Search Information Exchange (ESIX) membership service at 4617 140th Ave NE Bellevue,WA. This provides a network of corporate talent officers advancing best practices in executive recruiting worldwide to support the U.S. Air Force. The service offers advisement and consulting with the government for executive search functions. The information that ESIX provides will result in a reduction in effort and time required to attract applicants with the right experience and executive qualities required for vacant positions. Also the ESIX service includes networking among customers, best practices, webinars, presentations, or in person meetings among clients in worldwide destinations. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The anticipated award date is 1 June 2019. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this required based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 21 May 2019 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
