The work shall include but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of

replacement of water mains and service laterals in the vicinity of Fairvew Lane. Approximately 1,500 feet of new PVC and ductile iron pipe and fittings will be installed, along with valves, water service laterals, hydrants, blow offs, air vacs, connections to existing mains, pavement repair, and abandonment of old valves and pipes. These new facilities will replace the existing undersized and aging water mains. Contractor to provide all necessary work plans, permits, and inspections necessary for complete turnkey installation, all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein. Project is to be completed within One Hundred Twenty (120) WORKING days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall pay to the City of El Paso de Robles the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), for each and every calendar day’s delay in finishing the work in excess of the calendar day completion time. Note: All work shown on Sheet No. 4 (Crestline/Glencrest), shall be constructed during the nighttime hours at no extra cost to the City.
