Tulsa Public Schools (“TPS” or the “District”) intends to contract with a reliable provider for common formative assessments and offer comprehensive information on how students are mastering skills according to the Oklahoma Academic Standards (OAS). Resources should also support the practice of skills aligned with the Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP) according to the terms and conditions outlined in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). Proposals will be accepted until 9:00 a.m. on April 30, 2024. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. One (1) original, two (2) copies, and one (1) flash drive of your proposal must be submitted. No award will be made until Tulsa Public Schools has had sufficient time to evaluate the proposals. Tulsa Public Schools reserves the right to contract in the district’s best interest. Responses must be sealed and marked on the lower left-hand corner with the proposal name and number, name and address of the vendor, opening date, and time.

PROFILE: TPS is the largest school district in Oklahoma. The district contributes significantly to the area's economic base, employing over 5,520 employees. Approximately 33,572 students are enrolled in 77 elementary/Pre-K schools, middle and junior high schools, and senior high schools, as well as over 46 Career and Technology Education programs around the district. 3. PERIOD OF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE & TIMELINE: The performance period for services subject to this solicitation shall be for an initial term commencing award – June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for four (4) additional, consecutive, one-year terms.
