Contractor services include mail collection, check processing, check depositing, and the scanning or keying of paper remittance documents so State agencies can quickly receive payment information in an electronic format.Retail Lockbox Banking Services ensure that the State can record

Note: Municipalities and Local Governments are allowed to utilize all sections of this contract. Wisconsin Statutes require that for each contractual service procurement involving an estimated annual expenditure of more than $50,000, the contracting agency must complete a cost benefit analysis. State Agency users of this Contract must comply with this requirement. Please refer to State Procurement Manual PRO-205, Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), for policy, forms and instructions.
