Scope of Services
Construct concrete sidewalks, concrete drainage swales, and a 30 feet x 35 feet reinforced concrete slab for a metal shade structure. Remove existing landscaping, concrete mow strip, and interfering irrigation. Construct a 20 feet x 24 feet metal shade. Construct concrete mow strip and restore irrigation system. Install new electrical conduits and wiring to existing service panel. Install new above ground conduits and wiring to outdoor receptacles and interior and exterior lighting to the shade structure.
Other Details
Two pre-bid meeting(s) will be conducted by the City Engineer at the job site on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 10:00 A.M., and Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. All bidders are required to attend; it is mandatory to attend one of the pre-bid meetings. Attendees will meet at the main guard shack at 15415 East Don Julian Road, City of Industry.
