This requirement is for: Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISEDC)
All qualified TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in the National Capital Region, Ontario Region and the Québec Region under the EN578-055605 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The TBIPS SA EN578-055605 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.
For a bid to be considered responsive, the Bidder must be a qualified SA holder in all three regions (National Capital Region, Ontario Region and the Québec Region).
Description of the requirement:
ISEDC has a requirement for Help Desk Specialists to supplement existing resources on an "as and when required" basis.

One Contract may be awarded as a result of this Solicitation. The Contract will be for one year plus four one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
