Description Investigative services to support the St. Louis, Missouri Cooperative Disability Investigations Unit. Contractor is to conduct fraud investigations for the Cooperative Disability Investigations Unit located in the state of Missouri. The requirement is for investigation of suspected fraud activities against the Social Security Administration's Title II and Title XVI disability programs, including Title XIX (Medicaid) in the state of Missouri. The requirements include the following: (1) Personnel must have Missouri statewide law enforcement and statewide arrest authority, as defined by the statutes and regulations of the state of Missouri; (2) Experience using the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) databases; (3) Experience conducting undercover investigations and training in arrest techniques; (4) A license to carry a concealed weapon (must be armed); and (5) Ability to testify in court. All potential contractor personnel
performing on-site will be required to pass a security background check before beginning performance under the award.
