The district has applied for an elementary pre-International Baccalaureate grant in hopes that the school will also be able to provide pre-IB programs for elementary grade students. The proposed design, permitting and construction work for the facility shall be accomplished under this RFQ/contract. The general design

of the project will be consistent with the scope indicated herein. The project consists of renovation and refurbishing the existing Longwood Elementary School campus, to reopen the campus in August 2017. Buildings to be renovated are Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15. Building 14 is the covered PE pavilion and the scope related to this structure will be preparing and painting of all metal surfaces.
