North Carolina Central University (NCCU) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design Firms capable of providing Professional Design Services in a number of categories, as part of the

University's on-going facilities modification, renovation and improvement process. Design services will be for small (under $500,000) projects in disciplines shown below. North Carolina Central University (NCCU) is accepting Letters of Interest and SF-330 Forms from interested Design Firms for the following Design Services: Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering Traffic Engineering Landscape Architecture Surveying Geotechnical Engineering/Subsurface Investigations Structural Engineering Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering IT/Telecommunications Consulting Audio/Visual Design Roofing/Exterior Envelope Consulting Asbestos and Hazardous Material Assessment/Abatement Commissioning/Retro-Commissioning Lab Consultants
