This RFSQ is designed to provide interested vendors with sufficient basic information to submit information meeting the minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Please note the page limits specified in RFSQ Section 3.1. These page limits are mandatory. Any SOQ submitted that exceeds this page limit will likely be eliminated from consideration by the SLCSD. To ensure that you fully understand this solicitation and the requirements contained herein, you must download and

review ALL attachments. Do not include any price/cost information with your response to this solicitation. The evaluation will be a 100% technical evaluation. Submitting cost or pricing information may result in your SOQ being non-responsive and not eligible for consideration. By submitting a SOQ, the vendor represents that they have examined, read and familiarized themselves with the requirements of the solicitation documents. ALL questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing through the Periscope Source system. Do not contact SLCSD representatives directly with questions. Only questions submitted answers issued through the system or issued via an authorized and properly issued addendum shall be the official position of the SLCSD. Any modification to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the SLCSD. Only authorized and properly issued addenda shall constitute the official and binding position of the SLCSD. Anyone submitting a response to this solicitation, with basis in or other communication or information received from sources other than through official addendum, assumes full risk including the possibility of a determination of non-responsiveness and may be rejected at the sole discretion of the SLCSD.
