Request for Proposal (RFP) for Painting Projects Project Name: Crowder College Summer Painting Projects Issuing Department: Physical Plant Department, Crowder College Contact Person: Jon Paul, Interim Physical Plant Director Phone: 417-455-6308 Email: jonpaul@crowder.edu  Introduction: Crowder College invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for painting projects to be undertaken during the upcoming summer break. The purpose of this RFP is to select a contractor to provide painting services for various areas within the college campus.  Project Scope: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the painting of interior walls, ceilings, and other designated surfaces in multiple buildings across the Crowder College campus. The specific locations and areas to be painted are as follows: Neosho Campus:  McDonald Hall- classrooms.  McDonald Hall- offices.  Farber - F153 & F154.  Farber – Babbitt.  Newton Hall -

TRIO. Webb City Campus:  Dawson Spencer Hall - 1st floor hallway.  Dawson Spencer Hall - 2nd floor hallway.  Mandatory Walkthrough: All interested contractors must attend a mandatory walkthrough of the project sites. The walkthrough will provide an opportunity for contractors to familiarize themselves with the project requirements and site conditions. Failure to attend the walkthrough will result in disqualification from the bidding process. Date: 3/27/2024 at 12pm Location: Start at Neosho, then proceed to Webb City  Project Timeline: The painting projects are scheduled to be completed during the summer break. Contractors should provide their proposed timelines for completion along with their bids.  Responsibilities: Crowder College will provide approved paint for the projects, and college employees will assist in moving furniture as needed. However, the selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies and painting equipment required to complete the projects.  Bid Submission: Interested contractors must submit their proposals in an Email sent to Jonpaul@crowder.edu "Painting Projects Proposal" no later than the bid deadline. Bid Deadline: 4/3/2024 at 12pm  Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 1. Cost-effectiveness 2. Proposed timeline for completion 3. Relevant experience and qualifications 4. Compliance with project specifications 5.
