Sidewalk, Roadway and Landscaping Repair Services Project Description :While this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by EPCOR, all services, equipment, prices, terms and conditions, presentations and promotional materials contained in any submission (the “Reply”, as defined below) may, at EPCOR’s sole discretion, apply to any or all of the EPCOR Entities (as defined below). The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). The Successful Proponent(s) shall provide sidewalk, roadway and landscaping repair services on as required basis within the City of Edmonton in accordance with the Work described in this RFP. EPCOR makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this RFP. The Proponent is responsible for making its own evaluation of information and data contained in this RFP and in preparing and submitting its Reply.
