OHCA will transition to a new healthcare delivery system, called SoonerSelect, following Governor J. Kevin Stitt’s signing of reform bills SB 1337 and SB 1396. Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking submissions from qualified Bidders for Monitoring and Compliance Services to assist in the post-transition to the new healthcare delivery system. OHCA will look toward the Contractor for leadership and expertise in assisting OHCA personnel with day-to-day functionalities during the beginning stages of the Contract. OHCA is expecting to become self-sufficient through on-the-job training and support documentation provided by the Contractor.
