The City of Rancho Cordova, Department of Public Works, is seeking the submission of proposals from qualified contractors (General Engineering Contractor, Class A license, or Landscaping Contractor, C27 license) for the provision of Stormwater Facility Maintenance Services ("Project"). Should a contract be executed as a result of this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Contractor will be expected to perform Stormwater Facility Maintenance Services comprised of routine vegetation management, tree maintenance and removal, debris and obstruction removal, trash and litter cleanup, and miscellaneous repairs within City-maintained stormwater facilities, including but not limited to channels, outfalls, ditches, basins, levees, and all other facilities. This RFP contains all of the information and documents necessary to prepare and submit a responsive proposal. Proposers are cautioned to read all of the documentation provided and will be responsible for complying with all requirements identified herein. Any contract resulting from a selected Proposal shall have a five (5) year contract term starting July 1, 2024. The Contract may be extended by one contract term amendment of two (2) additional years. This Project may be subject to compliance, monitoring, and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations.
