Industrial Base Extension (IBex ) was developed to support DOD operations in remote or hostile environments where little or no commercial capability information is known or exists. Bolstering DLA’s ability to rapidly respond to shifting worldwide events, IBex’s strategic partnerships with industry experts allows government planners to leverage the expertise of the commercial sector, and to gain access to those commercial capabilities if required. Moreover, through IBex’s partnerships with industry and its Market Research reports, the program provides industrial base awareness over assets that can be utilized during a contingency or national emergency. This information will assist with INDOPACOM port ownership and cargo management. Port locations within the following countries are to be included in the report. If there are no specific locations listed for a country, all ports within that country are required to be reported on: Australiao Darwin, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Indonesia, Japan o Ryukyu Arc ,Malysia, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines oCebu o Luzon, Timor Leste, Solomon Islands, Taiwan o Kinmen o Penghu islands, Tonga,
