** The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport is hosting virtual Industry Engagement Q&A event on Wednesday, 07 December 2022 at 10:00am PST. This event is to engage with industry for a potential requirement for MK96 Mod 2 Cold Gas FES Tubes and Hoses, supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport’s Undersea Weapons Department. The event will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. Questions provided will be answered during the event (the person and company who provided the question will remain anonymous).  Drawings referenced in the solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Act and are ONLY available to vendors/contractors appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors/Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at ww.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted drawings and technical information are available through SAM.gov.To obtain the controlled documents, interested vendors must submit a request for access, and provide with the request an active enrollment in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP) (DD Form 2345).  Submit requests to david.e.walz.civ@us.navy.mil.  Vendors not enrolled in the DLA JCP will not be granted access to the controlled documents.The offeror must have a current registration and completed representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) at website https://sam.gov/ a Federal government owned website.**
