All Materials shall meet current MDOT Standards Specifications for Construction, 2012. The quantities provided are estimates only. The CCRC reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity based on its need at the time of order. Safety Data Sheets and certification of material shall be provided by the bidder at time of order. Bids shall be submitted on the enclosed CCRC Bituminous Emulsion Bid Sheet in a sealed envelope clearly indentifying the bidder and marked "Bituminous Emulsion". Bidders shall include written statement of allowable discounts and

terms of payment. Bid prices shall be valid for a period of one year from date of award. Bids are due at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at which time, the bid will be publicly opened and read aloud via Zoom Meeting. Bid results will not be available until they have been tabulated and presented with recommendations and approved by the Road Commission Board at their next regular meeting on January 21, 2021. If you should want to attend the bid opening via Zoom Meeting, please contact Travis at the email below no later than January 18 at 2:30 p.m. and the link will be emailed to you.
