Agent Description Scope of Services Number of Task 1-6 The tasks described below provide a generalized scope of work for the project. A responding firm’s submittal must, at a minimum, address the tasks described below. Please note that the tasks described below reflect the minimum number of components required for the Action Plan. Each responding firm is encouraged to identify other key elements of work that it expects may be an important part of the project and describe its approach to addressing those elements. Other Details The plan will also provide a detailed data driven approach to safety analysis by using crash-based data analysis & mapping with a focus on locations where a fatality or serious injury has occurred or where the data indicates one could occur in the future. The plan will also analyze crash data disparities by economic, racial factors, and using safety analysis to identify areas of risk which are underrepresented in the crash data due to underreporting. The city would also like to use a data driven approach to Community Engagement & Collaboration by using community near miss reporting tools to identify risks which are not yet present in the crash data.
