I was wondering what is the plan for the interim period between the end of the existing contract and the beginning of the new one?”A: Please read paragraph 7 as noted in the attached Sources Sought Synopsis.Clarification to Question:The contract in question (FA8730-14-C-0013 ) is the former CLS effort that was awarded by Hanscom that still has active work performance through Dec 2021.  The current CLS effort is being performed under contract FA8271-18-D-0001 which ends on 31 Dec 2022.  This sources sought is for the continuing CLS effort that will cover 2023-2027This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a follow on effort, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This is not a Request for Quotation, a Request for Proposal, an invitation for Bid, or any other commitment by the CSEL JPO to contract for the items contained in the Sources Sought. The Government will not reimburse costs incurred while developing a response to this Sources Sought. With regard to industry Sources Sought responses, AFLCMC will not release to any firm, agency, or any individual outside the Government any information marked “PROPRIETARY” without written permission from the respondent.
