Existing buildings may be renovated to supply the required office and warehouse space.  A minimum 16’ clear height and 30’ on center column spacing is required in the warehouse space. Portions of the warehouse shall have overhead doors.Offered sites shall not be located adjacent to schools, residential areas, prisons/jails, heavy industrial areas (light industrial or flex space areas are
