Accelerator TM Training Course:• MBSE Methodology Training Course 1-Year Subscription• One-year subscription to 28 hours of MBSE methodology instruction, divided into 16 on-demand, online activities taught by the author of "SysML Distilled".• QTY: 11 eachITEM 0004:On-Demand Online OCSMP AcceleratorTM Training Course• SysML Training Course 1-Year Subscription.• One-year subscription to 35 hours of MBSE and SysML online instruction, divided into 14 on-demand modules taught by the author of "SysML Distilled".• QTY: 11 eachThe above services will provide Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Community of Interest (COI) with a commercial training services agreement to support MBSE certification for the engineering workforce. These classes meet specific requirements of on-line, virtual, multi-day training available through MS Teams that provides MBSE training objectives and meets the workforce limited training labor hours available for the NAVWAR-NIWC COI. No travel is required and the classes are not constrained by a semester-based timeline, which meets the limited windows of availability in terms of project commitments to allow for scheduling engineer training across the enterprise COI.Based on the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) (which will be posted after award), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote.
