The project is located at the following Napa County facility: South Napa Shelter, 100 Hartle Court, Napa in Napa County. The South Napa Shelter Project Phase II HVAC provides needed maintenance and modernization for the Napa County homeless shelter facility, related to the increased occupancy required HVAC work, resulting from the South Napa Shelter TIP, PW 20-16 Project.
