21-17 Emergency Standby Material and Service Contracts

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners, the Bay County Constitutional Officers (Clerk, Sheriff, Tax Collector, Property Appraiser, & Supervisor of Elections) and the Cities of Callaway, Lynn Haven, Mexico Beach, Panama City, Panama City Beach, Parker, and Springfield (Consortium) are issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish Emergency Standby Material and Service Contracts. These contracts are intended to be used in preparation for and/or in response to, emergencies or disasters. The intent of the awarded contracts is for vendors to provide additional products, services and personnel resources in the event of a disaster. It is critical that these support operations are up and operating as soon as possible once a need has been identified. Vendors interested in submitting a Proposal must comply with all terms and conditions described in this solicitation and supporting attachments. Vendors will coordinate with the Consortium and other entities during a disaster, to

include Federal, State and other local entities. PROPOSAL DEADLINE/DELIVERY SEALED PROPOSALS for RFP NO: 21-17 Emergency Standby Material and Service Contracts will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 2:00 PM (CDT) Monday, April 5, 2021. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Proposal is received on time. Each Proposal shall be delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401, no later than the Proposal deadline.
